7gbet Terms and Conditions – Rules, Rights, and User Obligations

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 7gbet ("Platform", "we", "our"), governing the use of all services available at https://7gbet.best — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games, and poker.

By accessing, browsing, or using any feature of 7gbet — whether through the website or the mobile app — you confirm that:

• Read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• Has legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law;
• Is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age;
• Is located in Brazil or in a jurisdiction where use of the platform is permitted;
• Is not acting on behalf of any third party.

7gbet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email and/or via a platform notice at least 15 (fifteen) days in advance. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes tacit acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Registration and Eligibility

To use 7gbet's services, you must create a personal, non-transferable account. Registration is free and can be completed via the website or the platform's mobile app.

Registration requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age as of the registration date;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Provide your full name as it appears on an official government-issued ID;
• Provide a valid email address and an active mobile phone number;
• Not having any other active account at 7gbet — only one account per person is permitted.

7gbet may request identity verification ("KYC" — Know Your Customer) from the user at any time. Documents typically required include a valid national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), or passport, along with proof of address dated no more than 90 days prior. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary account suspension and/or withdrawal blocks.

False, outdated, or third-party information provided during registration constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, cancellation of pending bets, and balance retention pending the conclusion of an internal investigation.

3 Betting Rules

Bets placed at 7gbet are accepted subject to the following general conditions, which apply to all sports and markets available — football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), MMA & UFC, basketball (NBB), volleyball, e-sports, and all other markets.

Bet acceptance:

• A bet is only confirmed once the ticket receives a reference number and the amount is debited from the user's account;
• 7gbet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel bets for operational or risk management reasons, with no obligation to provide justification;
• Obvious odds errors — such as a price visibly outside normal market range — may be corrected or the bet cancelled, with the full stake returned to the user's balance;
• Bets placed on events that had already started before acceptance will not be valid, unless explicitly placed in live betting markets.

Bet settlement:

• Bets are settled based on the official result announced by the competition's governing body;
• Official results published within 36 hours of the event are considered for settlement purposes;
• In the event of a suspension or postponement of an event, bets are kept open for up to 48 hours. If the event does not resume within that period, bets are cancelled and stakes refunded;
• Multiple bets that include a canceled event will have that selection removed, and the remaining odds will remain valid.

Cash out: The cash out feature is available on selected football, MMA, basketball, and other live sports markets. The cash out value is calculated automatically based on current odds and may be full or partial. 7gbet may temporarily suspend cash out during periods of high odds volatility or while results are being verified.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at 7gbet are conducted exclusively in Brazilian Reais (BRL, R$). The platform accepts the following payment methods:

• Pix — primary method, available 24/7, fee-free, with withdrawals processed in up to 5 minutes;
• Boleto bancário — credited within up to 2 business days after payment;
• Credit and debit card — from the major card brands accepted in Brazil;
• Mercado Pago and PicPay — Brazilian digital wallets;
• TED Transfer — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian financial institutions.

Deposit limits: The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00 via Pix. For other payment methods, the minimum may vary. 7gbet may set maximum deposit limits per period for certain users based on risk assessment, with prior notice given to the user.

Withdrawal rules:

• The withdrawal method must match the one used for the deposit, except where exceptions are approved by the finance team;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00;
• Before your first withdrawal, identity verification (KYC) may be required;
• Pix withdrawals are processed in up to 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays — subject to security checks;
• TED withdrawals follow national banking system hours;
• 7gbet does not charge any withdrawal fees — the amount you request is the amount you receive.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

7gbet periodically offers welcome bonuses, free bets, cashback, and special promotions for registered users. Each promotion has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all:

• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable — they cannot be moved between accounts;
• Each user is entitled to the welcome bonus only once, tied to the CPF, email address, and device/IP used at registration;
• 7gbet reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is suspicion of abuse, use of multiple accounts, or violation of these Terms;
• Free bets are not converted directly into cash — only any winnings generated from using the free bets are credited as real balance, subject to the applicable rollover;
• Promotions have a defined expiry date — once expired, any unused bonuses are automatically removed from the account balance.

Rollover requirement: Bonuses received at 7gbet are generally subject to a rollover requirement — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times before the equivalent balance can be withdrawn. The specific requirement is stated in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on events with odds below 1.50 generally do not count toward meeting the rollover.

6 User Conduct

By using 7gbet, you agree not to engage in any of the following conduct, under penalty of immediate account closure and balance retention:

• Creating more than one account on the platform using the same CPF, address, phone number, or device;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to manipulate odds or gain an unfair advantage from the system;
• Placing bets with the intent to launder money or finance illegal activities;
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to use your account;
• Deliberately and repeatedly exploiting technical errors, bugs, or incorrect odds;
• Using insider information, match-fixing arrangements, or any form of sports corruption to gain an advantage in betting;
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward members of the 7gbet support team.

7gbet continuously monitors betting activity for irregular patterns. Accounts under suspicion may be temporarily suspended for investigation. During this period, withdrawals may be blocked until the review is complete. Users will be notified by email of any restrictions applied to their account.

7 Account Closure

At the user's request: You may request account closure at any time via support chat or by emailing suporte@7gbet.best. Available balances (excluding unconverted bonuses) will be returned via Pix upon completion of the verification process, within up to 5 business days.

At 7gbet's discretion: The platform may close or suspend an account, with or without prior notice, in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Submitting false documents or incorrect information during registration;
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no activity for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive;
• Determination by a competent regulatory or judicial authority.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, 7gbet reserves the right to hold the account balance until the investigation is complete. If the investigation confirms the breach, the funds may be confiscated and disposed of in accordance with applicable Brazilian law.

8 Limitation of Liability

7gbet makes every reasonable effort to keep the platform available, functional, and secure. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times. Specifically, 7gbet is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets placed by the user based on their own decision;
• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party failures (payment providers, telecommunications carriers), or force majeure events;
• Withdrawal delays caused by banking system failures or Pix network issues outside the platform's control;
• Errors in sports event information sourced from external data providers;
• Indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of opportunity arising from the use of, or temporary inability to use, the platform.

7gbet's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount of the available balance in the user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the damage. The platform's services are provided "as is" and "as available".

9 Responsible Gambling

7gbet believes betting should be a form of entertainment — and is committed to providing real tools to keep it that way. The following responsible gambling measures are available to all platform users:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits under "My Account". Decreases take effect immediately; increases are applied only after a 7-day cooling-off period;
• Betting limits: Set maximum amounts per bet or per period to keep your bankroll under control;
• Temporary self-exclusion: Pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 6 months. During the pause, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or make deposits;
• Permanent self-exclusion: If you feel that gambling is causing serious problems, request permanent account closure. This action cannot be reversed for 5 years;
• Session time alerts: Set up notifications to monitor how much time you spend on the platform per session.

Use of 7gbet is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18. The platform verifies the age of all users at registration and may request documentation at any time. If underage use is suspected, the account is immediately suspended pending investigation.

10 General Provisions

Governing law and jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For disputes not resolved through 7gbet's support channels, the courts of the District of São Paulo/SP are hereby elected as the exclusive jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other forum, however privileged.

Privacy and data protection: The processing of 7gbet users' personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy, and is carried out in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).

Communications: 7gbet will communicate with users via the registered email address and the platform's notification system. It is the user's responsibility to keep their email up to date and to check platform communications regularly.

Intellectual property: All content on 7gbet — including brand, logo, design, text, software, and features — is protected by intellectual property rights. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any element of the platform without express written authorization from 7gbet is strictly prohibited.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each promotion, constitute the entire agreement between the user and 7gbet, superseding any prior agreements on the same subject matter.
